ETC offer several services, from security to TV. I use their internet.

ETC is one of those “ one of a kind” business, hard to find these days . They have a 1G stable and reliable connection.

When it comes to service they are absolutely amazing. Due to weather sometimes we have hiccups, these rare instances , but they keep you informed every step of they way until resolve . I give them 10 stars; highly recommend .

My Internet went down around 11pm on a Friday night. I texted ETC support and was given instructions to check my modem. No fix, but the tech scheduled for someone to come out and repair possibly next day.
It's so nice to have a reliable Internet provider in this area. Great customer service.

ETC has for the past 7 years had exceeded my internet needs. They have always been helpful and fix any issues I may have had with very quick responses. I also enjoy being able to speak to someone 24/7. Thank you for all the hard work ETC!

Thunderstorms resulting in us not having internet. Online chat with ETC tech (Zach) was pretty easy and helpful.
Tested the modem, got it replaced, diagnosed that the router was not working too. All in a days work, I’m sure. They are fantastic and professional and super courteous

ETC Fiber Optic Internet is by far the best Fiber Optic Internet around here. They have the best gaming latency throughput and a great bandwidth at a great price. To top it off, their customer service are filled with great people that are kind, helpful, and caring about you as a customer! They helped setup Fiber Optic to my house with ease, whereas TDS failed to after several years of me asking them.

Unfortunately I had to cancel our wifi through ETC. They were very helpful with closing my account. A very customer service oriented company.

I recently had an outstanding experience with ETC Communications and their technician, Josh recently updated and upgraded my security system. Not only did he do a fantastic job ensuring everything was set up correctly, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain each component of the new system. His patience and knowledge made me feel confident and well-informed about how my security would work. The entire process was professional, prompt, and efficient. I’m truly impressed by their dedication to quality service and highly recommend ETC Communications and Josh for anyone in need of reliable wireless and security solutions.

I messaged about a error my mom was getting on her streaming box and got connected to a tech quickly. I believe his name is Phillip. He remotely accessed the box and communicated with me the entire time. We realized part of it was human error but he reset it and cleared it out. Then we discussed the other tvs we have with firesticks and decided to upgrade to higher amount of tvs streaming. He was able to upgrade me tonight so my mom wouldn't have any more issues. He was so kind, professional and quick to make the necessary changes. The initial installation was great as well. Tim always does a great job and is patient while all the changes are being made. He was great with my mother as well and is always professional.

Most people there go out of their way for you. Philip in technical support is the best and goes above and beyond! Love the ladies in the billing office! Jimmy Holloway and his crew go above and beyond as well! Could use a little tuning up with one or two of the other technical support people as well as Communications when they're about to shut off somebody's account. However, I believe we've got the situation fixed. The app is a little hard to man at first but once you get logged in properly it seems to work okay.

Ever since we started our service. It's been amazing. The ability to text 24/7 with a real person for tech support. Is by far one of the best things about it. We've had 4 gaming systems, 3 computers, a laptop, and 8 phones running at one time. Could not tell any difference in the service speed they provide. Hands down if you want the best speeds and, in my opinion, the best tech support for the absolute best price. Etc is the one to call. Every other provider I've ever used. Can't come close to the service etc provides. 100% recommend trying them out. I promise you'll never change your service provider again.

Josh was prompt with a call and came out to my residence without any hesitation when I needed service! It is really worth the extra money to be at ease with maintenance on my security system. Best investment ever and ETC has been there for my family many times over. Always kind, friendly and super trustworthy. Thanks again for all your travels way out by the River.

I recently had issues with cameras going offline and Josh came out the next day and determined the problem and found the solution to my issue. He also noticed that the internet was intermittent and he placed a repair ticket on my behalf. Within 24 hours, Brian came out and located the internet issue and was able to take care of the issue. I am grateful for the fast and efficient service I have received. Thank you ETC for providing me with peace of mind know that everything is back up and running within 48 hours from my initial call.
