How do I change my code?
1. Enter your four digit code, followed by 802
2. Enter Your New Code

How do I turn off the door chime?
1. Enter your four digit code, plus 9
*Repeating this will turn the features on or off

How do I bypass a zone?
1. Enter your four digit code, plus 6
2. Enter the 2-digit zone number you wish to bypass

My system won’t arm
When arming your system, you must have a green light, which indicates your system is ready to arm.

If your system is not showing a green “ready” light, check all zones and make certain all windows and doors are properly secured.

If you have verified that the zones are secure and are still unable to arm your system, please call ETC for assistance.

2. Select the Bypass Button
3. Enter the desired 2 digit zone
